Maria Colacurcio is CEO of Synd.io, an enterprise of HR analysis focused on promoting equality of rights and diversity in the workplace through applications which enable organizations to fairly contract, promote, and remunerate their collaborators. 

Colacurcio was a panelist in the second edition of Economics of Change, an event which approached Diversity & Innovation, promoted by Qintess. She explains that in moments of crisis, entrepreneurs need to understand the situation of their employees and that, with a fairer relation, the workforce keeps the business alive during moments of greater hardship.
