Gilberto Costa has 26 years of experience in the financial market working in senior positions within Brazilian and American organizations. He is currently responsible for the Operations Area of JP Morgan Bank Brazil.

At the institution, he serves as Co-Leader of the racial diversity group that aims at inclusion and career development for black employees. He is also a member of the Global Committee of the racial diversity group of JP Morgan Bank, being one of the representatives for Latin America, Member of the Diversity Subcommittee of the Brazilian Federation of Banks (FEBRABAN) and Member of the Diversity Committee of the Brazilian Association of HR Professionals - ABPRH acting with focus on the Racial Diversity agenda.
