Erika Irish Brown is Chief Diversity Officer of Goldman Sachs, responsible for diversity actions and inclusion strategy at a global level and for conducting inclusive culture initiatives and efforts related to recruiting, retention and promotion of professionals.

Erika spoke about how diversity still focuses on other subjects and leaves racial issues aside. She also spoke about the numbers of the negro population in Brazil and how those people, though being the majority, still do not occupy places of leadership within enterprises.
